The core and bargaining set of classical cooperative game are expanded, and the generalized core and bargaining set are defined. The models of the generalized proportional distribution and the reduced game are provided, the correspondence between average monotonic game and generalized reduced game is discussed, and the inclusion relationship between generalized proportional distribution and generalized core is provided. The equivalence property of the generalized core and bargaining set in average monotonic game is proved. The result not only enriches the study of solutions in cooperative game and application requirements in the field of profit reallocation, but also provides the nonempty property of the generalized core in the average monotonic game, which indicates that the optimal reallocation scheme is existent. ©, 2015, Northeast University. The core is usually an empty set in classical cooperative game, in order to overcome this defect, the bargaining set of classical cooperative game is extended into the fuzzy cooperative game, and concepts of fuzzy bargaining sets in the fuzzy cooperative game are provided. The equivalence property of the fuzzy bargaining set in fuzzy network game is discussed, and some conclusions are drawn. The study demonstrates that the fuzzy bargaining set of the fuzzy cooperative game is a natural continuation of classical bargaining set, this result not only enriches the solution of fuzzy cooperative game, but also provides the nonempty property of the core in the fuzzy network game, and indicates the optimal allocation is existent. ©, 2014, Northeast University. Neural network and genetic algorithm have been extensively used in boiler combustion optimization problems. But the traditional Back Propagation neural network's generalization ability is poor. The Bayesian regularization can improve the neural network's generalization ability. A boiler combustion multi-objective optimization method combining Bayesian regularization BP neural network and genetic algorithm (Bayes NN-GA)was researched. A number of field test data from a boiler was used to simulate the Bayesian neural network model. The results show that the thermal efficiency and NOx emissions predicted by the Bayesian neural network model show good agreement with the measured, and the optimal results show that hybrid algorithm by combining Bayesian regularization BP neural network and genetic algorithm can be a good tool to solve the problem of multi-objective optimization of a coal-fired combustion, which provide a theory guidance for the boiler operation in an economic and environmental way. ©, 2015, Chinese Association for System Simulation.
