Analysis of real communication network's information transmits performance especially in WSN (Wireless Sensor Network) has always been the research hotpots of network communication efficiency. In this article, we adopt four different node fault generation policies to network dataset including real communication networks and simulated networks too. Experiments focus on the relationship between fault nodes and network structure indications. We found that betweenness based strategy is more harmful to network structure. After modifying traditional WSN relay station select algorithm, the self-adaptive relay station selection algorithm in cooperative communication based on node's betweenness is proposed in this paper to promote information transmit efficiency in WSN in the time of information transmit and decrease transmit time. © 2011 IEEE. The effect of substrate conditions, including material type, thickness and radius on thermal shocking properties of plasma sprayed Sm 2Zr 2O 7/NiCoCrAlY functional graded thermal barrier coatings were analyzed by ANSYS-a finite element method software. Results show that thermal stresses in coatings increase with increasing of thermal expansion coefficients of substrates. The effect of substrate thickness can be ignored when it is greater than 20mm. Thermal stresses increase with radius increasing, however, they were almost not effected when substrate radius is over 18mm. © (2012) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland. Source

Clay minerals are the main ingredients of the ocean floor sediments, which completely record a lot of geological information and have important meanings in the studies of source material, sedimentary environment, global climate change, sea-level fluctuation and ocean currents evolution. This paper studies composition and combination distribution characteristics of 312 surface clay mineral samples and makes the mineral mapping in Beibu gulf. The results show that the components of clay minerals in Beibu gulf are mainly mixed layer of illite and montmorillonite, kaolinite, chlorite and illite and each average content are 49.95%, 24.69%, 14.07% and 11.28%, respectively. According to combination and content of the clay minerals, the distribution areas of clay minerals in Beibu gulf can be divided into four divisions of 1, 2, 3 and 4 divisions. The differences of 4 divisions are closely related with the source area parent rocks and circulation. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland. Source

In order to illustrate the mechanism of supporting, maintain the safety and keep the stable of underground projects, it is of great significance to study the transverse effect of bolted discontinuous rock mass. With a 3D model and corresponding physical simulation, analyzing the testing results of the bolt stress, rock stress and displacement discovers some new findings. Besides its reinforcing effect to the rock mass, the bolt has a negative effect on the discontinuous rock mass by its so-called 'railway effect' under shear loading. The finding of this bolt function will help to further understand of bolting mechanism and it is very important to raise the safety of bolt supporting design. Furthermore the effect grade is a positive correlativity with the bolt diameter, and the shear displacement is one of its necessary conditions. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland. Source
