With the continuous development of computer hardware and software technology, cloud computing also emerged and its scale is still constantly expanding. In the cloud computing resources management, virtual machine scheduling is a very important technology, which has direct impacts on the overall resources utilization and energy consumption of the system. In this paper, considering CPU and memory resources, we propose an improved optimized scheduling strategy for virtual machines. We first classify the physical hosts in the cloud computing platform data center and then propose different scheduling methods for different classes. Specifically, for high-load and low-load physical hosts, we adopt the scheduling method based on the virtual machine migration technology and for physical hosts at a normal state, we adopt the scheduling method based on the dynamic scaling of virtual machine. Finally, through simulation experiments, we verify that the scheduling strategy proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the energy consumption of the data center and save some of the network traffic.


In the context of sweeping information network technology, big data are increasingly widely used in the field of business. On the aspect of performance management of human resource, the big data application can greatly enhance the efficiency of human resource management through the Internet information and massive data inventory. However, there are many shortcomings on performance appraisal system of human resource in China, i.e., strong subjectivity of performance appraisal, lack of objective data supplement, deficiency of leader emphasis on appraisal, lower degree of intelligence, formalized form of manager examination, and unapparent appraisal result. Based on this, this paper constructs a fullangle performance appraisal index system, and puts forward the optimized path for management innovation of enterprise human resource performance in order to improve the appraisal index system.

A new molecularly imprinted polymer was synthesized using ofloxacin and theophylline as template and methacryclic acid as function monomer and it was employed as a special dispersant of matrix solid-phase dispersion for selective extraction of fluoroquinolones (ofloxacin, ciprofloxacin and enrofloxacin) and xanthine (caffeine and theophylline) from human serum samples. To eliminate the influences of template leaking on quantitative analysis, acetonitrile-trifluoracetic acid (99:1, v/v) was used as the template removing solution. By using water and acetonitrile-trifluoracetic acid (99.5:0.5, v/v) as the washing and elution solvent, respectively, satisfactory recoveries and clean enough chromatogram could obtained. Good linearity of all the analytes was observed in a range of 0.35-150μgg -1 with the correlation coefficient (r 2)≥0.9991. The recoveries of spiked human serum samples were in a range of 89.5-104.0% for fluoroquinolones and xanthine derivatives with RSD less than of 5.0%. © 2011 Elsevier B.V.

Since the foreign-related talents in international trade and business are valuable strategic human resource to carry out the Hebei coastal development strategy, It is inevitable request for achieving its development goals to build a high-quality team of talents, and so the research of competency model of the foreign-related talents is very important. This paper collected the data on the competencies of foreign-related talents from 500 foreign-related companies in China via a questionnaire and 10 of them were interviewed face to face. 16 items were extracted from 35 items through the factor analysis, and then the study assumes the structure model by using Structural Equation Model (SEM) method to verify the hypothetical models. Finally the paper not only builds up the structural equation model of foreign-related talents , but also proves the model systematicness by using quantitative methods and researches the relative importance of the competency variables for the model. The paper has an important significance to cultivate the foreign-related talents. ©2012 IEEE.

The control of blasting ground vibration has been an important research subject in engineering blasting field, and the accurate forecast of blasting vibration is the premise and basis of vibrating control. BP neural network is a neural network model that is most widely used in non-linear forecast. A BP neural network model was established for forecasting the blasting vibration speed. The analyses show that the mean error of blasting vibration speed is 5.7%. As a result, the neural network forecast model obtains higher accuracy, compared with common linear recession method which the mean error is 20.7%. © 2011 Published by Elsevier Ltd.

A simple and selective molecularly imprinted matrix solid-phase dispersion (MI-MSPD) method coupled with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) ultraviolet detection was developed for rapid screening of clenbuterol hydrochloride (CH) in chicken samples. The new molecularly imprinted microspheres (MIM) were synthesized by using butylamine and chloroaniline as dummy template with aqueous suspension polymerization and revealed good affinity to CH in aqueous solution. The application of the obtained MIM as sorbent of matrix solid-phase dispersion (MSPD) improved the selectivity of extraction procedure and avoided the effect of template leakage on quantitative analysis. Under the optimized conditions, good linearity of CH was obtained in a range of 0.059-18.30μgmL-1 with the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.9996. The recoveries of CH at three spiked levels were ranged from 92.0 to 99.1% with the relative standard deviation less than 4.0% (n=3). The presented MI-MSPD-HPLC method combined the superiority of MIM and MSPD, and therefore could be potentially applied for the determination of CH in complicated biological samples. © 2013 Elsevier B.V.

A new pretreatment method, solid-phase extraction combined with dispersive liquid-liquid microextration (SPE-DLLME), was proposed in first time for the determination of clenbuterol (CLB) in porcine tissue samples. The tissue samples were firstly extracted by SPE, then its eluents were used as dispersant of the followed DLLME for further purification and enrichment of CLB. Various parameters (such as the type of SPE sorbent, the type and volume of elution solvent, the type and volume of extractant and dispersant, etc.) that affected the efficiency of the two steps were optimized. Good linearity of CLB was ranged from 0.19μg/kg to 192μg/kg with correlation coefficient (r 2) of 0.9995. The limit of detection (LOD) was 0.07μg/kg (S/N=3) and the recoveries at three spiked levels were ranged from 87.9% to 103.6% with the relative standard deviation (RSD) less than 3.9% (n=3). Under the optimized conditions, the enrichment factor (EF) for CLB could up to 62 folds. The presented method that combined the advantages of SPE and DLLME, had higher selectivity than SPE method and was successfully applied to the determination of CLB in tissue samples. © 2010 Elsevier B.V.

By using some new comparison results and the monotone iterative technique, criteria on the existence of minimal and maximal solutions are obtained. The evaluation of conception design is the focus and difficult point in industrial design, and the quality of the design results is directly 'influenced by this process. In this paper, we investigate the multiple attribute decision making (MADM) problems for for evaluating the industrial design with interval grey linguistic variables. We utilize the interval grey linguistic weighted geometric (IGLWG) operator to aggregate the interval grey linguistic variables corresponding to each alternative and get the overall value of the alternatives, then rank the alternatives and select the most desirable one(s). Finally, an illustrative example for evaluating the industrial design with interval grey linguistic variables is given.

In china's electricity market, the risk of price fluctuation is significant to grid corporations. A historically reality, the electricity price in market is of gathering effects and heteroscedasticity. Furthermore, the key role of grid corporations in electricity market induces that the same scope of rise and down in price have different impacts on them, which called "lever effect". Based on exponential generalized autoregressive conditional heteroscedasticity and Value-at-Risk theory, we define the risk factor of price fluctuation and establish price risk early-warning model. The empirical analysis demonstrates that the model complements the conventional methods and has high precision. The model can supervise the market price and conduct warning signals. So the grid corporations can take timely countermeasures. © 2010 IEEE.
