Structure characteristics of RLS bearing bracket was analyzed, and the wax pattern was made through splitting wax pattern and wax mold firstly and then integrating. The casting defects in the RLS bearing bracket were eliminated by rapidly forced cooling to middle flange and combined position of JR10 and middle cylinder with compressed air or cooling water. The casting deformation was controlled by processing control in process of shell-broke, blasting and heat treatment and so on. Source

The LB90, U-shape stainless steel flange elbow were produced by investment casting. Based on experiment, wax pattern was designed to modular structure, and investment casting mold for elbow adopted an annular rotating core pulling mechanism. The investment casting cable car ring is composed of eight dis-uniform interval square tooth disc which is connected by triangle rib with square tube with a stop-end. The investment casting ring possesses the features of complicated shape and high position accuracy requirement. The gating system for the ring was rationally designed. The correction mould with cutting-free was adopted to correct the accuracy? which could not only improve the precision grade, but also improve the surface quality and strength of the ring. Using special monitoring apparatus to measure and square tooth groove combining with auxiliary position, the manufacturing precision of cable car ring could be ensured only working a middle hole. ZG03Cr22Ni5Mo3N dual phase stainless steel jetting blade with complicated shape was produced by investment casting. In order to prevent the casting deformation, process parting surface was designed with perpendicular face+ inclined plane + complex parting of three dimensional curved surface. The moulds adopts a multi-mode combination technology to reduce deformation of the mold. During the investment casting process, the process method and the technical parameters should be controlled reasonably. In addition, the auxiliary process equipments of different anti-deformation were designed. The structure of austenitic stainless steel coating bracket is complex, the wall is thick, with relatively high surface precision, precision casting processing property is poor. Some measures were adopted. By increasing the process ribs, the deformation trend of wax piece have been reduced. The injection quantity and injection time is reduced; the problem of wax surface rhyolite, depression, and deformation is solved by using cold wax core. By using of the curved surface and inclined composite typing, and multiple loose pieces three-section mould technology, the pattern drawing problem has been solved. The die structure was designed with double guide rail and a lengthened locating pin sleeve composite position to improve the positioning accuracy and the service life of the die. The casting quality requirements have been are guaranteed by the use of special comprehensive inspection technology to testing size, form and position tolerances, machining quantity. Source
