Two water-soluble zinc complexes, [Zn(L)Cl2] (1) and [Zn 2(L)2(μ-C2O4)(H 2O)2]·(ClO4)2·CH 3OH (2) (L = N,N-bis(2-pyridylmethyl)methylamine), were prepared to serve as nuclease mimics. The complexes were characterized by X-ray, IR and UV-vis spectroscopy as well as ESI-MS. The electrospray mass spectrum of 2 in solution indicates that dinuclear ion [Zn2(L)2(μ-C 2O4)(ClO4)]+ (3) is the active species. UV-Vis absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy studies show that the complexes partially intercalate to CT-DNA. In the absence of reducing agent, supercoiled plasmid DNA cleavage by the complexes 1 and 3 was performed and the hydrolytic mechanism was demonstrated by adding standard radical scavengers. © The Royal Society of Chemistry.

[Cu(bpea)Cl]ClO 4 (1) and a new copper(II) complex [Cu(bpma)(Ph-COO)(H 2O)]ClO 4 (2) [bpea = N,N-bis(2-pyridylmethyl)ethylamine; bpma = N,N-bis(2-pyridylmethyl)methylamine] have been synthesized. Complex 2 was crystallized in monoclinic space group P2 1/c with unit cell parameters a = 16.460(6)Å, b = 11.222(4)Å, c = 12.522(5)Å, and β = 97.985(6)°. Interactions of the complexes with calf thymus DNA (CT-DNA) have been investigated by UV absorption, fluorescence, and cyclic voltammetry; thus, modes of CT-DNA binding for the complexes have been proposed. Furthermore, DNA cleavage activities by the complexes were performed in the absence of any external agents. The influence of complex concentration or reaction time on the DNA cleavage was studied. © 2011 Taylor & Francis.

A capillary electrophoresis (CE) method for the separation of four kinds of enantiomers of non-natural carboxylic amino acid was built while hydroxypropyl-β- cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD) derivations as chiral selective material. Several different β-CD derivatives were tested for the chiral separation of non-natural carboxylic amino acid, and it was proved that HP-β-CD could show better chiral selectivity. The separation of enantiomers of amino acid was obtained by CE in a 50-μm i.d.×60 cm (effective length 45 cm) fused-silica capillary at 18 kV voltage, while 10 mM phosphate acted as running buffer and HP-β-CD served as selective material. In this paper a novel hybrid organic-inorganic amino hybrid material monolithic column for capillary electro chromatography (CEC) is preparation and characterization. The amido hybrid material monolithic column was prepared in situ co-condensation of tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) with 3- aminoproplytriethoxysilane (3-APTES) via sol-gel procedure. The all kinds of factors that effect the morphology of monolith column were investigated. The results showed that the structure of monolithic column could be adjusted easily through altering the composition of sol solution. © (2012) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

A method for mercury high throughput rapid speciation analysis was built by short column capillary electrophoresis (SC-CE) coupled with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). A micromist nebulizer was employed to increase the nebulization efficiency and a laboratory-made removable SC-CE-ICP-MS interface on the basis of cross design was applied to alleviate buffer contamination of ICP-MS. In less than 60s methylmercury (MeHg(I)) and inorganic mercury (Hg(II)) were separated in a 16 × 75 μm i.d. short column fused-silica capillary at 21 kV, while a mixture of 30 mmol/L boric aicd + 5% (v/v) CH3OH (pH=8.60) acted as running electrolyte. The precisions (RSD, n=5) of migration time and peak area for MeHg(I) and Hg(II) were in the range of 1.4-2.6% and 3.3-3.4%, respectively. The limits of detection (3σ) mercury species were 9.7 and 12.0 μg/L, respectively. The recoveries for Hg(II) MeHg(I) were in the range of 96-107% and 99-105%.

The research started from the adaboost algorithm, which was optimized from the training process and the detection process, and on this basis face detection and tracking system was developed. Adaboost is a main algorithm in using. It calculate easily and extraction rate rapidly. But it also have some problem to resolve, such as the detection time is too long, the samples number is so limited and so on. Along with the transformation from planned economy to market economy, the marketization of competitive Wushu is accelerating gradually, the old development pattems already can not fix the current competitive Wushu's development, a reformation is imperative. After several decades of development, the marketization of competitive Wushu for Hebei Province already gain a tremendous evolution, but the defect revealed should not be ignored as well. Specific comes down to: low market-oriented degree, insufficient on professionalism, no brand effect, insufficient attention on consumption subject, faultiness on rules and institution for competition. Such problems restrict the progress of marketization and the development of competitive Wushu. This article made a exploration for competitive Wushu development in the environment of market economy, We try to find the solution due to the defects mentioned above, then make a reference for competitive Wushu of Hebei Province. © 2011 IEEE.
