This paper analyzes the basic character of Rural low carbon economic model with building the Comprehensive evaluation index system of Rural low carbon economic model. Among this system, first grade assessment indicators include Economic Development condition, low carbon development condition, social development condition. At last it builds the rural low-carbon economic comprehensive evaluation model based on combination weight and then study cases of several classic rural low carbon economic areas in some region. © Sila Science.

The research started from the adaboost algorithm, which was optimized from the training process and the detection process, and on this basis face detection and tracking system was developed. Adaboost is a main algorithm in using. It calculate easily and extraction rate rapidly. But it also have some problem to resolve, such as the detection time is too long, the samples number is so limited and so on. A new water-soluble copper(II) complex, Cu(TACNA)Br·0.375H 2O (1) [TACNA=1,4,7-triazacyclononane-N-acetate], has been synthesized to serve as artificial nucleases. The X-ray crystal structure of 1 indicates that one bromide and an oxygen from acetate pendant coordinate to copper(II) in addition to the nitrogen atoms in the TACN macrocycle, resulting in a five-coordinate complex with square-pyramidal geometry. The interaction of 1 with calf thymus DNA (ct-DNA) has been investigated by UV absorption and fluorescence spectroscopies, and the mode of ct-DNA binding for 1 has been proposed. In the absence of external agents, supercoiled plasmid DNA cleavage by 1 was performed under aerobic condition; the influences on DNA cleavage of different complex concentrations and reaction times were also studied. The cleavage of plasmid DNA likely involves oxidative mechanism. © 2012 Copyright Taylor and Francis Group, LLC.

A capillary electrophoresis (CE) method for the separation of four kinds of enantiomers of non-natural carboxylic amino acid was built while hydroxypropyl-β- cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD) derivations as chiral selective material. Several different β-CD derivatives were tested for the chiral separation of non-natural carboxylic amino acid, and it was proved that HP-β-CD could show better chiral selectivity. The separation of enantiomers of amino acid was obtained by CE in a 50-μm i.d.×60 cm (effective length 45 cm) fused-silica capillary at 18 kV voltage, while 10 mM phosphate acted as running buffer and HP-β-CD served as selective material.
