The aims of this study are to find the Markov Chain model for the migration in Indonesia, to find the properties of the transition probability matrices, to find the stationary probability, and to find the behavior of the mechanism of the migration in 1980,1990, 2000, 2010 and the combined data from 1980 to 2010. In the Markov Chain model the states are Sumatra, Jawa, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Maluku and Papua and are abbreviated as S, J, K, SL and OI respectively. From the transition probability matrices, the states are communicated to each other and irreducible. From the results of analysis, there are similar stationary probability within the states Jawa, Sulawesi and Maluku and Papua, but slightly change in the Sumatra and Kalimantan. From the stationary probability results it shows that in the long run that the stationary probability of migration enter Sumatra decrease from 0.3895 in 1980 to 0.2720 in 2010. On the other hand, the stationary probability of migration enter Kalimantan increase from 0.0726 in 1980 to 0.1537 in 2010. From the analysis of mechanism of migration in 1980, 1990, 2000 and 2010. Jawa becomes the main destination of migration from other islands. The people from Sumatra, if they migrate high probability they will migrate to Jawa. On the other hand, the people from Jawa, if they migrate high probability they will migrate to Sumatra. The people from Kalimantan, if they migrate high probability they will migrate to Jawa or Sulawesi in 1980 and in 2010, but high probability only to Jawa in 1990 and in 2000. The people from Sulawesi, if they migrate high probability they will migrate to Jawa, Kalimantan or Maluku and Papua in 1980 and in 1990, but in 2000 and in 2010, high probability they will migrate to Kalimantan and Maluku and Papua. Sand flies (Diptera: Psychodidae) are small blood-feeding dipterans that are primary vectors of numerous human and livestock pathogens. Effective surveillance programs with accurate identification tools are critical in development and implementation of modern integrated pest management programs. Although morphological keys are available for North American species, identification can still be challenging owing to the nature of sample preparation and incompatibility with molecular or biochemical-based pathology assays. Further, the potential for introduction of Old World or other exotic species is not accounted for by current keys. Herein, we present the development and validation of a restriction fragment-length polymorphism-based molecular identification method. Specifically, cytochrome c oxidase subunit I, a mitochondrial DNA marker, was used to distinguish two species of adult sand flies indigenous to eastern North America with two exotic species not yet known to occur in the United States. © 2013 Entomological Society of America.

Cellulase obtained from Bacillus subtilis ITBCCB148 has successfully been isolated and purified. The native enzyme was modified with dimethyladipimidate (DMA) to increase the stability of the enzyme. The native and modified enzymes were characterized including determination of optimum temperature, optimum pH and thermal stability. The activity of the cellulase was determined based on Mendels method and the protein content was determined based on Lowry method. The results showed that the native enzyme has optimum temperature of 55oC and optimum pH of 5.5. The thermal stability for 60 minutes at temperature of 55oC indicated that the native enzyme has ki = 0.034 min.t-1, t1/2 = 20.4 min., and ΔGi = 100.9 kJ/mol. The modified enzyme with modification degrees of 64.5; 69.5 and 82% have optimum temperature of 55 oC and optimum pH of 6. The thermal stability for 60 minutes at temperature of 55oC of the modified enzyme with modification degrees of 64.5; 69.5 and 82% have ki values of 0.024; 0.021 and 0.022 min. -1, t1/2 values of 28.9; 33.0 and 31.5 minutes, and ΔGi values of 101.9; 102.3 and 102.2 kJ/mol, respectively. The modification with DMA has successfully increased the thermal stability of the modified enzymes between 1.4-1.6 times compared to that of the native enzyme. The decrease of ki values, increase of half-lives and ΔGi indicated that the modified enzymes were more stable compared to the native enzyme.

A thorough study on free-enzyme transesterification kinetic resolution of racemic atenolol in a batch system was investigated to gain knowledge for (S)-atenolol kinetics. Analyses of enzyme kinetics using Sigma-Plot 11 Enzyme Kinetics Module on the process are based-on Michaelis-Menten and Lineweaver-Burk plot, which give first-order reaction and ordered-sequential Bi-Bi mechanism, where Vmax, KM -vinyl acetate, and KM- ( S )-atenolol are 0.80 mM/h, 29.22 mM, and 25.42 mM, respectively. Further analyses on enzyme inhibitions find that both substrates inhibit the process where (S)-atenolol and vinyl acetate develop competitive inhibition and mixed inhibition, respectively. Association of (S)-atenolol with free enzyme to inhibit the enzyme is higher than reaction of active enzyme-substrate complex with vinyl acetate. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc., A Wiley Company.

cis-[Co(bipy)2(CN)2] complex was successfully prepared from the reaction of [Co(CN)2] with 2,2'- bipyridine in ethanol 96%. The product of complex synthesized was light brown crystal with percent yield of 75.86%. The IR spectrum of this complex showed strong characteristics vibration band at 1471.9 and 1442.75 cm-1 for C=N stretching, 1664.57 cm-1 for C=C aromatic, 1600.9 cm-1 1 for HC=CH aromatic, 653.87 cm-1 for pyridine ring on 2,2'-bipyridine ligand, 3109.25 and 3080.32 cm-1 for C-H of aromatic ring. The thermogram of DTA-TG analysis showed 4 endothermic peaks at temperature of 53.4, 323.2, 444.2, and 526.4°C, where the bond breaking of the complex occurred at different temperatures. The result of moment magnet measurement of the complex showed that it was a high spin complex with moment magnet value of 3.68 BM, so it is a paramagnetic complex. © Pleiades Publishing, Ltd., 2011.

Computers are being used in an increasingly wide variety of application areas, and their correct operation is often critical for business success and/or human safety. Among all the Software-related standards in the worlds, there are few that every person who practices software at least something about ISO standard , ISO standard established an influential vocabulary and conceptual for quality. ISO/IEC 9126 standard has been developed in order to address software quality it specifies software product quality characteristics and sub-characteristics and proposes metrics for their evaluation. The ISO 19011 about Quality Management System series of International Standards emphasize the importance of audits as a management tool for monitoring and verifying the effective implementation of an organization's quality Policy , include software. Audits are also an essential part of conformity assessment activities such as external, internal assessment and surveillance. In order to perform your own internal audit software, need a number of things. (a) A trained, experienced auditor is needed. In addition training, auditor should perform a regular amount of auditing, al least 2 days or more per month-in order to ensure training developed by ongoing practice; (b) written a standard against which to audit a necessary. All auditor must have a documented standard against the audit must be performed in the case of ISO 9126, this would be ISO 9126 and own written measurement Characteristic and sub characteristic; (c) that organization must wait for before conducting audits. © 2012 IEEE.

This paper discusses the use of tailings for road pavement, especially for Asphalt Concrete Wearing Course (AC-WC) based on laboratory test results. The benefits of this study are: (1) diversification of road pavement materials, (2) the use of tailings optimally as road pavement material, (3) reduce the potential for environmental contamination. Tests on the characteristics of the tailings conducted to evaluate the properties related to its performance as a blending component. In this study, the percentage of tailings by 15%, 20% and 25% is added to the AC-WC mixture. Mix design performed by the method of Marshall. In the optimum asphalt content (OAC) the influence of water resistance and resistance to permanent deformation of sample are evaluated. The best performance is use of tailings by 20%. This mixture is not a mixture of the sensitive to inaccuracies in the asphalt mixture compared with the mixture using tailing by 15% and 25%. Wheel tracking test showed that the mixture has the smallest permanent deformation that is 2 mm.While resistance to water and temperature same for all all mixtures. This study shows that the tailings could be used as a road pavement material, which replaces the sand-sized aggregates. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

We have prepared a series of dibutyl-, diphenyl- and triphenyltin(IV) benzoate compounds by the reaction of the dibutyltin(IV) dichloride, diphenyltin(IV) dichloride and triphenyltin(IV) chloride respectively via the dibutyltin(IV) oxide, diphenyltin(IV) dihydroxide and triphenyltin(IV) hydroxide with benzoic acid. The compounds synthesized were characterized by 1H and 13C NMR, IR and UV-Vis spectroscopies, and are based on the microanalytical data. The in vitro activity showed that triphenyltin(IV) benzoate synthesized exhibit higher antitumor than those of dibutyltin(IV) and diphenyltin(IV) analogous.

Social robot acts based on any perceived information to interact and communicate with humans or other robots. One essential type of information is visual-based information captured by camera. Visual data from camera is processed to extract essential information through different perspectives such as gesture detection, facial recognition, sign and object detection, and text understanding. As an intelligent agent, the social robot should be able to determine and perform socially rational action autonomously based on the processed information. In this paper, a general framework of visual-based information process to produce rational action is presented. The proposed architecture is implemented on a platform of humanoid robot as a test subject. © 2015 IEEE.
