A new type of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSCs) based on nanoporous F:SnO2 electrode without TCO layer is fabricated by sol-gel combustion method for low-cost solar cell application. The TCO-less DSCs sample is composed of a glass/dye sensitized F:SnO2 layer/electrolyte/counter electrode. The samples have crystallite size ranging from 5 to 11 nm. The mean pore size of the sample is range of 15-28 nm. The preferred orientation indicates (1 1 0), (1 0 1), (2 1 1) for SnO2 and (2 0 0) for fluorine, respectively. The efficiency of prepared nanoporous F:SnO2 based TCO-less DSCs sample is about 1.2% (ff: 0.48, Voc: 0.61 V, Jsc: 6.75 mA/cm2). The sol-gel combustion method offers a simple and effective route for the synthesis of nanoporous F:SnO2 materials, and can be useful for DSCs application. © 2009 Elsevier B.V.

An apparatus and a method are provided for detecting and recording, in an electronic device, evidence of a persons situation. Situation data is detected using a situation data sensor in the electronic device. Situation data can be data representing evidence of a persons situation, wherein such evidence can show a persons place in relation to another person or thing, or the state of a person being able to interact with another person or thing. Next, biometric data of the user of the electronic device is detected. Biometric data can be data that represents one or more intrinsic physical or behavioral traits of a person. Thereafter, a report is created using the situation data and the biometric data, wherein the report includes evidence of the situation of the user of the electronic device.


Disclosed is a thermal treatment system which enables a uniform temperature distribution and a uniform concentration distribution of reaction gas in an entire reaction space for a thermal treatment process, a method of performing a thermal treatment, and a method of manufacturing a CIGS solar cell using the same, wherein the thermal treatment system may include a reaction chamber with a reaction space, an external chamber surrounding the reaction chamber, a door chamber provided to open or close the reaction space of the reaction chamber, and an air flow adjusting apparatus for circulation of an flow inside the reaction space of the reaction chamber, wherein the air flow adjusting apparatus includes a driving axis, an air flow suction unit connected with the driving axis, and an air flow discharging unit connected with the air flow suction unit.


A thin film depositing apparatus includes a gas sprayer which is capable of forming a uniform thin film and reducing processing time. Such a gas sprayer includes an upper plate and a bottom plate. The upper plate includes a plurality of gas injection inputs. The bottom plate is coupled to the upper plate to form diffusion space therebetween, and includes a first gas spraying holes for injecting gas in the diffusion space which is injected through the plurality of first gas injection inputs. Herein, the plurality of first gas injection inputs is arranged symmetrically with respect to each other.


In selected embodiments a recommendation generator builds a network of interrelationships between venues, reviewers and users based on their attributes and reviewer and user reviews of the venues. Each interrelationship or link may be positive or negative and may accumulate with other links to provide nodal links the strength of which are based on commonality of attributes among the linked nodes and/or common preferences that one node, such as a reviewer, expresses for other nodes, such as venues. The links may be first order (based on a direct relationship between, for instance, a reviewer and a venue) or higher order (based on, for instance, the fact that two venue are both liked by a given reviewer). The recommendation engine in certain embodiments determines recommended venues based on user attributes and venue preferences by aggregating the link matrices and determining the venues which are most strongly coupled to the user.
