[Problem] To provide a piston-format working-fluid-pressure actuator capable of commonly using components when the piston-format working-fluid-pressure actuator is used for a reverse action or a normal action and decreasing a length dimension in the forward/backward movement direction of the output shaft and to provide a control valve using the piston-format working-fluid-pressure actuator and a valve member. [Solution] A piston-format working-fluid-pressure actuator (10) includes a casing (30) provided with a cylinder chamber (33) by including a cover portion (31) and a body portion (32), an output shaft (40) supported by the casing so as to be movable forward or backward, a piston (50) attached to the output shaft and defining the cylinder chamber, a spring member (60) applying an elastic force of moving the output shaft to the piston, and a working-fluid supply opening (70) supplying a working fluid. The piston includes an accommodating recess (51) accommodating the spring member and is attachable to the output shaft so that an opening (52) of the accommodating recess is selectively directed toward the cover portion or the body portion.

A coated sand obtained by coating a refractory aggregate with a water-soluble binder is supplied onto a table disposed within a frame, and spread by a spreading member to form a thin sand layer having a predetermined thickness and a planar surface. The surface of the sand layer is covered by a mask, and an aqueous medium is sprayed from a sprayer over a part of the sand layer to be cured. By heating the part of the sand layer over which the aqueous medium has been sprayed, by using a heater, a mold layer having an intended shape is solidified or cured. By repeating the above-described steps for forming the mold layer a required number of times, mold layers are successively formed and superposed on each other, whereby a laminar casting mold having an intended three-dimensional configuration is obtained as a one-piece body consisting of the mold layers.

[Problem] To provide, in a header pipe joint for transporting fluid, a header pipe with improved workability with respect to setting the rotational angle of a branch part and fixing the angle thereof, and with improved fastening performance. [Solution] A header pipe joint having multiple branch parts arranged in a row, with one or more of the branch parts (9) in the side wall of a tubular main pipe part (11), and with one end of the main pipe body (11) having an insertion aperture (4) and the other end of the main pipe body (11) having a receiving aperture (3) to which an insertion aperture (4) can be connected, and the receiving aperture (3) and the insertion aperture (4) having a mechanism for adjusting the angle of the branch parts (9).

Provided are: a resin composition which can give a carbon-fiber-reinforced composite material having not only high degrees of flame retardancy and thermal resistance, owing to properties of phenolic resins, but also excellent mechanical properties; a precursor of the carbon-fiber-reinforced composite material obtained by using the resin composition; a carbon-fiber-reinforced composite material formed from the precursor; and a carbon-fiber-reinforced carbon material. The resin composition contains, as essential components, a resol-type phenolic resin, a novolac-type phenolic resin, and at least one alcohol selected from a group consisting of methanol, ethanol and n-propylalcohol.

Purposes of the present invention are to provide a dry coated sand having a high degree of fluidity at the room temperature, a method of advantageously producing the coated sand, and a method of producing a casting mold having excellent properties, by using the coated sand. The dry coated sand is obtained by mixing an aqueous solution of a water glass used as a binder, with a heated refractory aggregate, whereby water in the aqueous solution is evaporated, and a coating layer of the binder is formed on surfaces of the refractory aggregate. A moisture percentage in the thus obtained dry coated sand is controlled so as to be not more than 0.5% by mass. The intended casting mold is obtained by filling a molding cavity of a forming mold, with the dry coated sand, and passing a steam through the coated sand, to solidify or cure the coated sand.

Provided are an organic binder for a mold, which can advantageously extend the pot life without causing uneven curing, reduction in mold strength and an increase in the amount of use of a catalyst; a molding sand composition which is obtained by using the organic binder for a mold, and which exhibits an extended pot life; and a mold produced by curing such a molding sand composition through gas hardening. The urethane-curable type organic binder for a mold, which is used for production of a urethane-based mold, is constituted by comprising a specific alkoxysilyl group-containing ketimine compound, together with a polyol compound and a polyisocyanate compound.

The present invention relates to a fluid mixer having a fluid inlet (5), a first passage (1) which connects to the fluid inlet, a helical flow passage (2) which connects to the first flow passage, branched flow passages (4) which are branched from the helical flow passage, a second flow passage (3) to which the branched flow passages individually connect, a connection flow passage (7) which connects the first flow passage and the second flow passage, and a fluid outlet (6) which connects to the second flow passage. The branched flow passages are individually branched from different positions in the direction of flow through the helical flow passages. The branched flow passages which are branched from the helical flow passage individually connect to the second flow passage at different positions in the direction of flow through the second flow passage.
