In the commonly used automobile oil filtering materials,having a single layer structure,also having two layer structure and three layer structure,this paper firstly selected four diverse structural filter materials of automobile oil filter cartridge and then discussed their internal structure and property.Putting to use of SEM to analyze their inner construction and research their physical performance and filtration property.The results indicated that the two layer material possesses smaller pore diameter,higher filtration accuracy and better filtration effiency,however,the three layer material is not in the nature of excellent filtration accuracy,therefore,in the process of exploitation of novel filtration material,the target is not to increase it's layer but realizing how to improve the filter efficiency.The monolayer material is mainly the nonwoven and has ordinary filtration effiency.As a result,in the attempt of developing new filtration materials,the aim needs to focus on the two layer new materials,meanwhile,the other objective is to improve the filtration accuracy to nanometer scale.

The filtration effect of automobile engine oil filter materials have two different expression index, such as nominal filtration accuracy and absolute filtration accuracy. In fact, the nominal filtration accuracy is labeled by manufacturer, however, the absolute filtration accuracy is needed experiment testing only to know. After testing the absolute filtration accuracy of these ten kinds of oil filter materials, it is turned out that there is an obvious difference between these two filtration accuracy. So this paper is based on the results of the two filtration precision and established a linear regression equation of absolute filtration accuracy=2.922+0.631×nominal filtration accuracy. If only knowing of the nominal filtration accuracy of oil filter materials, then the absolute filtration accuracy can be computed from the linear regression equation instead of experimental testing of absolute filtration accuracy. What's more, this linear regression equation is easy and simple and has some application value and practical significance. © (2012) Trans Tech Publications.

Measurements of the drill bit attitude during drilling are the key for steering of horizontal directional drilling. An approach was developed to determine the inclination, the azimuth, and the roll using three mutually orthogonal accelerometers and magnetometers. The system includes compensation for the temperature error and the orthogonal error. Error compensation is also included to compensate for the azimuthal error due to the magnetic field interference generated by the drill which affects determination of the geomagnetic inclination and geomagnetic declinations. Test results show that these methods significantly improve the attitude measurement precision.

This paper presents a method for solving the multicriteria group decision making problem in an uncertain linguistic environment. To ensure an effective aggregation of the uncertain linguistic variables in multicriteria group decision making for adequately modeling the uncertainty and imprecision of the decision making process, an uncertain linguistic Choquet integral operator is proposed. A method based on the proposed linguistic Choquet integral operator is developed. An application of the developed method for evaluating the university faculty on promotion is given that shows the developed method is effective for solving the multicriteria group decision making problem in a linguistic environment. © 2011 Springer-Verlag.

This paper deals with the stabilization of the nonholonomic systems with strongly nonlinear uncertainties. The objective is to design an output feedback law such that the closed-loop system is globally asymptotically regulated at the origin. The systematic strategy combines the input-state scaling technique with the backstepping technique. A novel switching control strategy based on the output measurement of the first subsystem is employed to make the subsystem far away from the origin. Aiming at problems of almost all firearm life tests done by whole life projectile, with long test cycles and high ammunition consumption all along, on the basis of the experimental study on machine gun barrels, the main affecting factors and their influence law to the barrel life of machine guns were determined by means of synthetic analysis. By extensive experiments and research, the correlation between barrel life of machine guns and both internal and external trajectory parameters was found. The research results recommend choosing the stress of accelerated life tests of machine guns and establishing a test scheme. © 2015 Taylor & Francis Group, London.

The ferrous sulfide (FeS) solid lubrication composite layer was prepared on the surface of CrMoCu alloy cast iron that treated by ion Nitrocarburizing, with low-temperature ion sulfurizing technique. By morphology and composition analysis, it is shown that the FeS layer has a micro-nano-hole structure, formed by nanometer sulfide particles, and the composite layer surface is mainly FeS. The current network protecting methods are ineffective in controlling the hosts onf intranet.This paper first analyzes the threats coming from intranet. Then designs and implements an intranet security detecting system which can detect if the intranet is working in a secure state. Finally, it combines the detecting results of this system and those of the vulnerability scanners, constructs a logical modal to evaluate the security of the intranet. This modal integrates as much as the factors that affect the securtiy of intranet, including the vulnerabilities of each host, hosts connected to the Internet illegally, hosts connected to the intranet unauthorized, the filtering rules of the firewall as well as the trust relations among hosts, so it can provide a more reasonable evaluation to the intranet security. © 2010 IEEE.

Machining distortion analysis and control are the kernel problem in manufacturing industry recently. This paper take face milling as research object, a finite element model for 3D milling process is set up based on some key techniques including cutter feed trajectories representations, cutter tooth-workpiece engagement model etc; Then the optimum LS-SVM model which can express the transitive relationship between cutting parameters and distortion error is set up; The cutting parameters optimization model based on controlling the machining distortion is founded by seeing the optimum LS-SVM model as the main objective function, meanwhile, an effective multi-objective optimization algorithm is proposed by coupling particle swarm algorithm and gray relevancy analysis, this algorithm can change the multi-objective optimization problem into optimizing the gray relevancy value effectively. As an example, the feasibility of proposed machining distortion controlling approach is verified. © (2012) Trans Tech Publications.

It chooses multi-wavelet to de-noise on the basis of characteristic of recoil mechanism vibration signal, and the result is acceptable.
