NAT (Network Address Translation) traversal is one of the main obstacles to restrict the development of SIP (Session Initiation Protocol). This paper analyzes problems about SIP/NAT traversal and proposes a scheme for SIP operating through NAT with the cooperation of SIP server and RTP relay server and designs the architecture of the relay server according to the characteristics of the mobile Internet environment. This paper presents the principle and the architecture of the scheme, and describes the implementation how SIP traverse all kinds of NAT. © 2015 IEEE.

Intelligence has become more and more popular, especially in smart grid. Nowadays, the inspection for power elements has changed from a traditional method to a more intelligent way using mobile terminals, which has greatly improved the work efficiency. However, this new method may reveal individual privacy such as workplace, work hours and personal habits, which may become background knowledge for attackers in the time of big data. In this paper, a privacy protection system for equipment inspection is proposed, including an improved algorithm based on k-Anonymous algorithm, which can make privacy information anonymous efficiently, especially in fields with few workers. © 2015 IEEE.

According to the problem occurred in the operation of LW15-252 circuit breaker, this paper summarized the low-temperature features of the pneumatic operating mechanism, and studies its heat preservation measures in winter. This paper analyzed the reasons of inaccurate measurement of SF 6 density when the mechanism case was in traditional heat preservation measures, and then presented a warming and heat-preserving system composed of insulating cover and semiconductor heater for the mechanism case. The application of this system verifies that this system can ensure smooth operation of the pneumatic operating mechanism of this type of circuit breakers in winter. In addition, this study may provide a reference for the operation and maintenance of other circuit breakers with pneumatic operating mechanism in winter.

This paper introduced an improvement scheme for the pneumatic circuit of the LW15-252 circuit breaker. By analyzing the composition and running principle of the apneumatic circuit, we investigated the basic structures and action principles of the inlet solenoid valve and moisture separator, redesigned the piston of the valve and the filter element of the moisture separator to preven the piston from break and the moisture separator from corrosion. Thus, the frequent failures of the pneumatic circuit disappeared, and the level of stable operation of the LW15-252 circuit breaker was greatly improved. In addition, this study has broken the monopolization of the foreign technology in China, and provides a good reference for updating the similar breakers with pneumatic mechanism.

Power system simulation and plan are considered as essential tools for design, operation and control of power systems. The existing software for power system simulating and planning is essentially desktop application, which limits its application power. Due to the worldwide expansion of interest in Internet in the past few years, an Internet-based application development has appeared in some technical fields. A great progress on the Internet technique makes it easy to implement the Web-based system. In this paper a process is described for implementing the Internet-based simulation and plan platform of power systems. The platform supports some necessary calculation or analysis methods of the power system simulation and plan, such as load flow calculation, short circuit calculation, harmonic analysis, load forecasting, plan optimization of electric networks, and economic analysis. The cookies in the client-side and the session state objects in server-side are used for data exchanging between Web pages. Both XML documents and databases are supported for interchanging input data and results between Web servers and clients. The structure of XML and the way to construct the Web services are discussed. The development environment of the platform is analyzed. © 2011 IEEE.

As pointed out in this paper that, for a common building material, it is relatively difficult to judge its green degree in comparison with that for a special function material because the judgment factors are comprehensive. The relevant factors which affect the greenness index such as physic expenditure, pollution, economic are analyzed and all influential factors are discussed. For the common building materials, their different inter-restrain factors are divided in administrative level and the weight of factors is determined according to the AHP theory. Meanwhile, the assessment scale and criteria for the factors, and the grading standard for the material green degrees are given in the paper. Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory, a green degree evaluation model is established. Finally, the reasonability of the model is testified with the instances introduced in the paper. © (2011) Trans Tech Publications.

A multi-channel master radio station is designed and realized with GNU Radio and its associated device Universal Software Radio Peripheral(USRP) in this paper. The master radio station is all-around compatible with existing radio stations, covering 230 MHz full-duplex frequencies, running at multi-frequencies simultaneously and carrying on full-duplex communications in different rates and modulation modes. The solution in this paper can take full use of the 230 MHz wireless frequency resource, increase the terminal access number, improve the reliability and flexibility of the communication system, and effectively decrease the cost of maintenance and upgrade at the same time.

The short-circuit test is an important topic on the study of transformer features. With the shunt capacitor paralleled to the tested transformer, the test current can be reduced by the resonant of the capacitor and the inductance of transformer winding. Furthermore, using the high frequency power supply, the capacitor can be reduced in the resonant point because the high frequency values. In this work, the simulation model of short-circuit test of transformer with different frequency power supply is designed. Under variable frequency power supply, which are 50Hz,100Hz and 150Hz, the shunt capacitor's value is given. From the simulation results, the application of the shunt capacitor takes a role in the short-circuit test of transformer. This has a significance role in transformer test research and engineering application field. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.
