It is a basic requirement for power grid operating personnel to assess power grid operation status overall and accurately. Based on the mass data provided by smart grid dispatching support system D5000 and from the perspective to security, economy, high-quality and cleanness, a critical index system to assess power grid operation status is constructed. Meanwhile, a comprehensive assessment method is proposed to calculate and quantify the assessment results. In the constructed index system the values of the indices are calculated by an algorithm combining fuzzy comprehensive evaluation with center of gravity method, and from the perspective to subjective and objective viewpoints the weights of the indices are calculated by AHP and anti-entropy weight method respectively. Synthesizing values of indices the final assessment results is obtained. Results of Anhui power grid based example verification show that the proposed assessment index system and related method are easy to implement and the real-time operation status of power grid can be overall and accurately reflected by them. ©, 2015, Power System Technology Press. The cyber physical system (CPS) paves a new way for real time dispatch of island microgrid. A framework of island microgrid cyber physical system was provided in this work. According to the framework, a real time dispatch model for active power control was established, and a consensus-based collaborative algorithm was proposed. The algorithm consists of two control stages: the consensus term and the adjustment term. First order consensus algorithm with self-designed weights is adopted in the consensus term, which is responsible for information synchronization of neighbor units. The coefficient matrix with self-designed weights assists to improve the status of controllable units, so as to enhance the optimization speed. According to the actual operation situation of physical devices, the adjustment term serves as a feedback to do real-time correction, in order to make the results satisfy all constraints. Simulation results were presented to demonstrate the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed algorithm. © 2016 Chin. Soc. for Elec. Eng.

A new method for model splicing for power system relay protection integrated setting calculation is proposed, which adopts the boundary breaker as the splicing locality. The overall approaches are discussed according to both the demands of different users and the diverse modeling method in factual engineering application. The technology has simple principle, strong currency, and high reliability, and is easy to program, besides, has lower request on the standardization of data model for different users. The analysis results show its efficiency and merits in Anhui electric power system, and therefore it has high engineering value in model splicing for power relay protection integrated setting calculation.
