The business environment is increasingly competitive, requires the implementation of new practices and tools that assist in the management system, maintaining competitiveness. A tool that assists in the growth and survival of organizations is the Balanced Scorecard Performance Model (BSC). It has as objective to create a shared vision of the goals of the organization across all levels primarily through four perspectives: Financial, Customer, Internal Process and Learning and Growth. This work aims to analyze a supply chain using the Balanced Scorecard BSC-to verify the results obtained through an improvement plan adopted in the industry for quality control of an industry in the food sector, focused on the production of soft drinks. It was found that using the four perspectives of the balanced scorecard has brought a number of benefits to the organization including the following: Identification of improvement in customer satisfaction as the amount of carbon dioxide present in the beverage and growth in the ranking of franchised - passing sixth national to the first position in relation to Process Performance Index of removal torque. Still, through the measurement of outcomes it was possible to corroborate the efficiency of trainings conducted, proposed in the action plan. Source
