Weighted leveling license unit based digital content access control may include enabling access to a first digital content object by a first user device associated with a first unique user identifier, receiving a request for access to a second digital content object, wherein the request indicates the first unique user identifier, identifying a weighted leveling licensing weight, and, on a condition that a product of the weighted leveling licensing weight and a sum of an assigned unit count for the first digital content object and an assigned unit count for the second digital content object is within a cardinality of a plurality of available license units, enabling access to the second digital content object by the first user device.

A method and apparatus for unit-based licensing for third party access of digital content are provided. Unit-based licensing for third party access of digital content may include receiving a request for access to content, the request for access indicating the customer account and a third party, identifying a cardinality of assigned units for the content, identifying a cardinality of available licensing units allocated to the customer account, determining, by a processor, whether the cardinality of the assigned units is within the cardinality of available licensing units, outputting a response indicating that the request is granted on a condition that the cardinality of the assigned units is within the cardinality of available licensing units, and outputting a response indicating that the request is denied on a condition that the cardinality of the assigned units exceeds the cardinality of available licensing units.

Token based club digital content licensing may include receiving, from a first user device, at a server, a first request for access to a first digital content object, wherein the first request indicates a first unique user identifier associated with a digital content licensing group, wherein the digital content licensing group is associated with an available shared license unit count and an unavailable shared license unit count, identifying a first assigned unit count for the first digital content object, performing license unit based digital content access control in response to receiving the first request. In some embodiments, on a condition that the first assigned unit count is within the available shared license unit count, license unit based digital content access control may include enabling access to the first digital content object by the first user device.

A large volume natural gas storage tank comprises a plurality of rigid tubular walls having opposing ends and intermediate segments with closed cross-sections extending along longitudinal axes. Each wall is interconnected at each end with respective ends of two other walls such that interconnected interiors define an interior fluid storage chamber. Exterior surfaces of planarly successive interconnected walls define sides of the storage tank. The tank further comprises exterior support structures each extending between the exterior surfaces of the walls forming each side of the storage tank and reinforcing the storage tank against dynamic loading from fluid in the interior fluid storage chamber. The tank further comprises closure plates each extending at least partially across exterior surfaces of the exterior support structures. Interior surfaces of the closure plates, interior surfaces of the exterior support structures, and exterior surfaces of walls at least partially define an auxiliary fluid storage chamber.
