the paper according to the sampling inspection result of Jiangsu province educational devotion data from 1993 to 2010 and neural network simulation, we gain that the intervals of the proportion between government education investment and citizen education investment, between independency neural network of gross region product with undergraduate junior and elementary school of eleven-plus, and between independency neural network of investment capital asserts and manpower, the interference referee model for economic system is foundation. The data go through the processes of normalization, index cluster and entropy method so as to match the real situation. Eventually conformity three independency subsystems constitute perfectly economy system neural network. Simulation shows increasing educational investment is a must if our present and future development is to be taken into consideration. © 2012 IEEE.

A new and flexible three-component reaction has been established for the highly diastereoselective synthesis of bicyclic hexahydroquinoline-2,5-diones and pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridin-6(7H)-ones using low-cost and readily accessible 4-hydroxypyran-2-ones, aromatic aldehydes, N-aryl enaminones and pyrazole-5-amines. This reaction process involves a Knoevenagel condensation/Michael addition cyclization/ring-opening of 4-hydroxypyran-2-one sequence. This journal is © the Partner Organisations 2014.

A metal-free arylsulfonyl radical-triggered desulfonylation of N-aryl-N-arylsulfonyl-acrylamides under mild conditions for the facile synthesis of a series of sulfonylated amides has been described. The radical transformation simultaneously installs C-S and C-C bonds with concomitant cleavage of N-S and C-S bonds through continuous 5-exo-trig cyclization, desulfonylation, and aryl migration sequence. © 2016 Elsevier Ltd. In practical question, the standard to judge whether an engine performs properly is fuzzy, as it's difficult to give a critical value definitely. According to the engine condition and the complexity, uncertainty and nonlinear of the corresponding parameters, this paper proposed boundary optimization gradient genetic algorithm. In gradient genetic algorithm, BP algorithm of local search is introduced. The adaptive value of chromosomes group gets quickly improved with the search in one coding field getting avoided due to the utilization of knowledge of chromosomes in problem-domain. The crossover and mutation operations are added so that chromosomes will not fall into the local minimum point in neighborhood. Experiment indicates gradient genetic algorithm is a fast algorithm that can support the local optimization of individual chromosome and the global optimization of chromosomes in a group. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2012.

the model for automobile engine performance monitoring and fault detection was proposed based on adaptive neural fuzzy interference system. With recognition mechanism of the adaptive neural fuzzy interference system, according to the properties of entropy, this paper using entropy optimizes the input interface of adaptive neural fuzzy interference system this model was combined with characteristic performance of automobile engine to attain the degrees of engine performance's abnormal state for monitoring engine performance. The approach can sensitively and accurately reflect the whole performance of the engine. Meanwhile, this method improves the rate of identifying whether the performance of the engine is normal or not, finds out the potential forepart fault of engine and prevents the spread of the fault. The validity of this method is testified by monitoring certain type of cummins engine 6BT5.9. © 2012 IEEE.
