The studies was conducted in order to improve the corrosion properties of magnesium alloys by forming on the surface a thin layer of aluminum alloy. As the feedstock material MgAlZn alloy (AZ series) have been used. Cladding process was realized in direct and indirect extrusion process. As feedstock to extrusion process billets with sleeve pipe (cladding material) pressed on them were used. The resulting claded rods have been used for forging process trials, which allowed to determine their susceptibility to further plastic forming. After forging micro-and macrostructure of samples were tested, paying particular attention to the welding zone of both materials (claded alloy and clad layer). In the final stage of work forgings used in trials in salt spray chamber which allowed to verify the corrosion properties of technology being developed. The paper deals with the verification of the floatability of pyrolytic oils, which were obtained through the pyrolysis of waste, namely mixed plastics, tyres and waste rubber in combination with black coal from Lazy Mine, and classical collector Montanol 551 in black coal flotation. Black coal from ČSA OKD, a.s. coal preparation plant was used for flotation tests. The results imply that it is possible to produce collectors from waste materials which may be applied in the flotation of black coal. Next, the paper focused on the identification of a suitable combination of pyrolytic oils and Montanol 551 in order to reach ash content in the concentrate below 10%.

In this paper, the theoretical basis of each method and ways of their algorithmization are discussed. The theoretical analyses of SVPWM methods for two- and three-leg VSI were carried out with a view to their unification The theoretical considerations were supported by results of simulations which were carried out in Matlab/Simulink environment. In order to compare PWM methods and assess the impact of dead time on the motor phase currents waveforms, the analysis of their harmonic spectrums was carried out.

The article presents the source and compares results of phase voltage distortions generated in three-leg voltage source inverter on voltage and current waveforms in two-and three-phase induction motor caused by the presence of dead-time. Presented dead-time compensation method is based on tracking direction of the inverter output currents.
