Photoluminescence spectroscopy is used to study defects found in single ZnO nano/microwires at 90 K. The defect, acting as binding site for bound exciton (BX) transition, is represented by BF, the fractional intensity of the BX peak in the whole near-band edge ultraviolet (UV) luminescence. The concentration of defects as origins of the visible emissions is proportional to the intensity fraction DF, i.e., the intensity fraction of visible emissions in the sum total of all UV and visible luminescences. By comparing BF and DF, it is concluded that the two defects are not correlated to each other. The former kind of defect is considered to be related to the blueshift of the near-band edge peak as the radius of the nano/microwires decreases at room temperature. © 2011 Chinese Physical Society and IOP Publishing Ltd. This paper introduced the ATML standard and analyzed the problems unsolved in XML documents parsing nowadays. Then we take the test adapter as an example and demonstrate how to implement the standardized description and automatic configuration of ATS platform based on ATML. This paper mathematically described the supplies loading problem of military equipment support dispatching force. Through taking all supplies' average loading as the objective function, taking the same kind of supplies group loading, no overweight and overcapacity, no-repeated loading and packing as constraint conditions, optimization model was put forward. The chemical stability of di-stabilizers single-based propellant with diphenylamine (DPA) and centralite II used as stabilizer heated at 75°C, 85°C, 90°C and 95°C and the reaction mechanism of the two stabilizers were studied by a multi-temperature artificial accelerated ageing test and gas-chromatography (GC), respectively. Results show that the safe storage life at 30°C obtained by Berthelot's equation is 42 years. In the initial stage of storage, the chemical stability of di-stabilizers single-based propellant DPA plays a major role in stabilizing the propellant. After DPA is consumed, centralite II starts to play. The chemical stability of di-stabilizers single-based propellant is better than that of other normal single-based and double-based propellants. In order to solve the problems of tight coupling, centralization and closure in the traditional automatic test system (ATS) software platform architecture, the idea of the service-oriented military ATS is put forward and the definition of the service-oriented ATS software platform is described in the paper. With Kruchten's multi view method, the main bodies involved in the serviced-oriented ATS software platform are analyzed and then the platform's composition and running mechanism are discussed from diverse functional aspects such as organization and function view point. Finally the overall model of the platform is given. The results will potentially help the construction of the service-oriented military ATS which is standardized, open, universal and interconnected. © 2012 IEEE. Source
