According to the stochastic distribution of parameters, the reliability analysis of spring locking mechanism is carried out for helical spring by using probability theory and mathematical statistics. The optimization model of the locking mechanism spring parameters is established. Using Simulated Annealing Algorithm (SAA), the optimal parameters of spring are provided with the help of computer program compiled with Visual Basic language. The rationality of optimization result is verified by simulation results of the finite element model. ©, 2015, Journal of Mechanical Strength. All right reserved.

The mechanical model of a new spring locking mechanism was established. The optimum spring parameters of the locking mechanism which meet the design requirements were provided by optimization. Using the finite element method, numerical simulation of working process of the locking mechanism was carried out. As the development of technology, the wireless sensor networks (WSN) have a wide spread usage. And people pay more attention on the localization algorithm, as the key technology of WSN, there have been many method of self-localization. The concentric anchor-beacons (CAB) location algorithm is one of the most practical one, which is a range-free WSN localization algorithm. In order to further improve the accuracy of localizing nodes, an improved CAB location algorithm base on Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI) is proposed. The RSSI is used to measure the distance between two anchors and compare with the practical distance. Then the environment between two anchors can be simulated. At last the communication radius of anchors can be optimized. And the common area of the anchors in the process of localizing nodes can be reduced. Then the accuracy is improved. By simulation, the localization accuracy is improved when the anchors numbers is more than a certain percentage. © 2013 Trans Tech Publications Ltd, Switzerland.

By analyzing the current problems in equipment automatic test system, we describe the concept, the basic working principle and advantages of service-oriented architecture (SOA), then introduce the web service architecture and the standards of establishing service-oriented architecture. The architecture model of automatic test system on SOA-based equipment was designed, and was used to realize the unified description of equipment automatic test (including fault diagnosis) information.
